Grinding disc removes rust, scale, and old paint from metal
Multi-use abrasive works on metal, wood, fiberboard, and plastics
Flexible non-woven nylon fiber disc will not rust or splinter
Coarse silicon carbide abrasive cuts fast to save time
Excellent performance and lifetime
Removal of rust, corrosion stains, scale, dirt, and paints.
Cleaning of weld seams
Removal of slight drawing marks and heat discolorations
Cleaning of surfaces of diverse characteristics
Clean Stainless steel surface in preparation of adhesive bonding or application of fillers.
Preferably for use on slow-running angle grinders.
For the best results, use at a recommended cutting speed of 30–35 m/s.
Flexible shaft drive
Because the commonly used material is black, blue and purple are more wear-resistant, and the material cost is different.
1. Please try to choose an operation indoor environment and wear protective guards and goggles.
2. Never exceed the recommended maximum permitted rotational speed for safety reasons.
3. In order to have a good stock removal rate, quality of surface, and thermal loading on the workpiece, the best performance would be with a recommended cutting speed of 15-20m/s.
4. Don't push and increase the pressure during the processing to achieve a finner surface looking, but try to switch to different grit flap wheels.
The clamping length between shank and grinders should be more than 15mm.
Never exceed the maximum safe speed when the shank is extra long. Try to consult your sales to check the safety rotating speed before use.
